I recently stayed in this flat and had a really wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The location was perfect: a quiet area, yet very close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around the city super easy. I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings after a long day and the sunset from the balcony. The host was excellent, very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in heart of Batumi.

The property has an amazing location, easily accessible to all of Batumi. The sea view is tremendous, especially in the morning. The flat was super clean, and the host was very friendly. She answered all our questions and was easy to communicate with via phone. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. we will definitely come back!
