On Khimshiashvili Apartment

Большая чистая квартира с тремя спалнами, потрясающим видом на море. Шаговой доступности grand Mall и берега чёрного моря. В доме все необходимо для отличного отдыха.

The host's son met us at the airport and drove us to the apartment where the host met with keys and showed us the facilities in the apartment. The apartment is on fourth floor and is spacious and light. Comfortable furniture and beds. Fresh bed linen and towels. Nice sea view from the balcony in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking- There is a washing machine, coffee machine, and a toaster. Large fridge and freezer. The apartment has two toilets, shower and bath tube. Very convenient for a family of four. Air conditioning in main room and in the bedroom by the kitchen is sufficient to cool the apartment even on hot days. The water in the showers are hot and with good pressure. WiFi is fast and reliable. The beach is across the street, 2 minutes walk. It takes about 10 minutes walk to city center for shopping and restaurants. And about 25 minutes to old town. Very nice evening walk for dinner and a drink in city center. There are several large supermarkets close by. A small SPAR supermarket is located on ground floor in the building.

We liked everything. There is only a roof lamp in each of the rooms. We felt that it would have been nice with one or two more side lamps in the rooms for atmosphere in the apartment.
