Alassio Black Loft

Per chi conosce Alassio il black loft si trova a due passi dalla passeggiata principale e poco più in la della piazzetta della posta: quindi a due passi dallo storico budello. Ciliegina sulla torta il bellissimo terrazzo che sovrasta il loft.

Nessuna nota negativa, lo staff è stato super premuroso. L'alloggio disponeva di tutti i servizi di prima necessità e il clima era perfetto assolutamente. Quindi davvero consigliato per chi vuole staccare completamente dalla vita di tutti i giorni.

la struttura è accogliente e luminosa, totalmente nuova la stanza con un bellissimo terrazzo,a due passi dal lungo mare di alassio.

Great location within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach. The apartment felt much more spacious than a standard hotel room. It was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The staircase to the rooftop terrace was very steep and the handrail did not feel very stable. We were also unable to get the jacuzzi bubble function to work. The air conditioning leaked heavily throughout our stay, even though we followed the instructions and kept it at the maximum allowed temperature of 23°C. Buckets were placed underneath to collect the water, creating noise during the night. The apartment also became very bright early in the morning, as there were no curtains facing the rooftop terrace. The refrigerator is more like a minibar and does not have a freezer compartment, so it is not possible to make ice or store frozen items. Our key card did not work at check in, so we had to wait for staff to let us in. On the second night, the original key card stopped working again. Fortunately, we happened to have the spare key card with us. Otherwise, we would have been locked out late at night. We were told that housekeeping would only be provided if we requested it, so we did not ask for it during our two night stay. Nevertheless, staff entered the apartment without informing us. The only noticeable changes were that the air conditioning had been turned off and some of our personal belongings, including our sleepwear, had been folded. We would have preferred that our private belongings were not handled unless we had requested housekeeping.
