50 mt dal mare - Relax con Box e Ampio Terrazzo

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours avec nos enfants de 18 mois et 6 ans. Emplacement parfait juste à côté de la mer, en plein centre ville, tout est accessible à pieds. L’appartement est parfait pour une famille comme la Nôtre, bonne taille, terrasse très grande, et 2 chambres. Super bien équipé. Matelas fermes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’une prochaine visite à alassio !

La literie

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of March. The property is very close to the promenade with many cafes and restaurants close by. We found the property to be clean and the beds comfortable. Due to the age and colour (green) of the bathroom suite there are some limescale(?) marks visible on the bath. The fridge was of a good size. The main living area is small with a table and four chairs and a small “sofa”. The terrace is large and sunny with a canopy for shade. The washing machine worked well. The garage is not the widest - for reference we have a Volvo XC40. We had to remove the roof box to get it into the garage, there was enough space for it to lie on the floor in front of the car. However, our car barely fitted in width ways with just enough space on one side for my husband to slither out.

Appartamento per 4 persone comodissimo e vicinissimo al mare. Inoltre ha un ampio terrazzo da usare d’estate e un garage, che è veramente prezioso ad Alassio! Consigliato!

- Terrazzo ampissimo arredato per stare fuori (ombrellone, sdraio e tavolini) - Dotato di tutto quello che serve (anche prodotti di prima necessità come caffè, zucchero, sapone ecc.ecc.) - bagno grande - quartiere tranquillo - mare di fronte - non c'è l'ascensore ma bisogna fare una sola rampa

- Il box auto è molto alto e lungo ma stretto quindi macchine più lunghe non riescono ad entrare, ho dovuto parcheggiare fuori. D'inverno trovi posto ma d'estate non so - Comunicazione non super reattiva ma alla fine abbiamo risolto tutto - Sala comune piccola per essere salotto/sala da pranzo e cucina. In 4 non si sta comodissimi, probabilmente d'estate si sta sempre fuori
