Gem of hotel, high standard of care, stylish, close to everything

So charming, quirky and stylish. Super comfy. Everything you need. Great welcome, so warm and friendly. Excellent value considering how close you actually are. There is a reason this place is getting top reviews... They care for you! All the local restaurants and shops are near by. It requires a short walk to main shopping section. Coffee in the hotel reception was amazing! Honestly - I'm a coffee fan - and I actually couldn't believe it. We had a double balcony which was great. Alassio is a GEM of spot on the riviera.

Good value at the price, basic but adequate and in a great location.

This was a basic but perfectly adequate city centre apartment at the price. The beds were comortable and the wifi was good. The aprtment was clean with a lift to the 4th floor. It was very well situated close to the beach and an easy stroll to all the shops and nearby restaurants. Parking was a bonus in Alassio but you need to reserve.

The living room was small with an uncomfortable sofa bed. Kitchen facilities were minimal and cooking would have been limited. The shower room was a tight fit. Having said all this, it was ok for the price. Nobody was available when we arrived and instructions for access were texted. Nice to have a small balcony with a table and a couple of chairs.

Good

This is a rather un-modernised building with a lot of character. We loved the fact that the appliances etc were so very Italian and gave a real sense of place.

Parking is very limited - but we were lucky being there in the off-season.

Felt like 3 days of survival there

The floor is all in sand, it feels dirty when you take off the shoes. The room is very small, much smaller than on photos. Bathroom is really tiny. Kitchen is terrible, forget about cooking there -ancient electric coolers take 20 minutes to heat. Also there is no soap and sponge to wash cooking pan after. We regret spending 3 days of our holiday here. Trains and cars make a lot of noise when the window is open. Hosts almost doesn’t speak English and we’ve spent 25 minutes driving around and calling them multiple times only to figure out they are not inside. And then David, the only one who speaks English sent someone to the place which took 10 minutes to arrive. All of this time we had a baby screaming in the car after a long drive.

La posizione a pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e dalla stazione dei treni. Ci hanno offerto un bilocale allo stesso prezzo del monolocale, ma per il prezzo pagato a fine febbraio e' stata una scelta adeguata.

Il bagno senza nessun tipo di riscaldamento.

È attento e premuroso oltre ad avere una spiccata vena artistica che si può apprezzare con le varie realizzazioni presenti nella zona della reception. La struttura è comoda alla passeggiata sul lungomare. Una piacevole scoperta. Grazie 🙂

Che dire! Siamo rimasti soddisfatti, il personale è veramente gentile e di cuore, soprattutto molto professionale ed educato, grazie Massimiliano per l’ ospitalità dataci. Il residence, si trova in un punto molto strategico, a due passi dal budello di Alassio, molto comodo. Pulito, ordinato, non mancava nulla, abbiamo avuto tutte le comodità possibili, compreso il posto auto nel cortile della struttura. Darei oltre le 5⭐️, perché non si tratta solo di trovare il luogo che si ha prenotato tramite questa piattaforma ma di trovare anche una persona che sappia accoglierti e farti sentire a casa. Grazie mille! Esperienza veloce ma intensa nel periodo invernale di inizio Gennaio, ma goduta alla grande!

Angenehmes Haus mit kleinen Enschränkungen

Super freundlicher Empfang, witzige Ausstattung im Foyer und insgesamt ein angenehmes Haus. Ich bekam ein Upgrade, da ist wenig meckern, wenn man mit dem Weinchen auf dem großen Balkon sitzt. Die Lage ist perfekt: zwei Straßen von der trubeligen Strandpromenande und nah genug um sich alles zu erlaufen. no car needed. Ein super Retreat für ein paar erhosame Tage! Insgesamt sauber und Ok ausgestattet, aber ein paar Kleiningkeiten gibt es doch.. siehe unten...

Ok, der Fernseher ist zu klein, ja wirklich. Die Küche ist nicht gut und sinnvoll ausgestattet. Da hätte ich mir mehr gewünscht, aber vielleicht kocht ja niemand außer mir wirklich, wenn er ein Appartment mit Küche mietet. Insgesamt hätte ich mir bei der Einrichtung ein wenig mehr Finesse, Liebe zu Details gewünscht - die schafft es nicht vom Foyer ins Zimmer. Ein bisschen schade.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben mir ein grösseres Apartment gegeben, als ursprünglich gebucht. Es war alles vorhanden und auf all meine Fragen haben mir die Gastgeber gute und hilfreiche Antworten gegeben. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist optimal - nahe zum Meer und mit einigen tollen Restaurants fussläufig. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Una piacevolissima scoperta, esperienza da ripetere

L accoglienza dei titolari, la posizione, vicino al centro e vicino alla spiaggia , la continua assistenza per ogni cosa da parte del signor Massimiliano, l appartamento spazioso e comodo. Molto comodo anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l auto all interno del cortile della struttura o appena fuori.

Equipe du personnel vraiment sympa ! Explications très claires et détaillées, emplacement excellent, proche de la gare et de toutes commodités (boulangeries, bar et supermarchés) à 5-7 min à pied. Tout était propre et confortable !
