The campsite staff were helpful and friendly. Many of them could speak English if needed. We hired a fully kitted-out tent. It was cosy, comfortable and clean, with well-thought-out facilities. Everything was as described. The area outside the tent was lovely (decking, sun loungers, a parasol, a railing, hedges for privacy and a tree providing shade), with a magnificent view. The campsite was very pleasant, quiet and safe (including for small children), with facilities nearby, and the whole site was well maintained. We’d come for the total solar eclipse, and the campsite was ideally situated. I can’t say whether the price was a related to this specific occasion, but it was still *very* affordable compared to prices in the area.

The provided table was a bit small for four people, but yet enough. Really nothing else!

Het uitzicht. De prachtige luxe tent. De bedden en een koelkastje 👍 Een avondje storm was ook een spannende ervaring. De hele nacht klemmen van de tentpijpen vastgedraaid, zodat niet alles piepte en kraakte 😂 Locatie was prima. Een kwartiertje lopen van het dorp.

De douches en toiletten functioneren minimaal. Geen waterdruk en alles was vreselijk smerig. Ik heb 3 dagen niet gedouched, terwijl ik geen smetvrees heb. Dat zegt wat! Jammer genoeg deed de WiFi het niet in je tent, maar wel in een kleine keuken, waar je kon gaan zitten. De camping is pas in nieuwe handen en ik mag hopen dat ze snel de faciliteiten verbeteren.
