El apartamento es fabuloso. Estaba muy limpio y cuando llegamos la calefaccion estaba dada a una temperatura agradable y se agradeció. Muy bien situado y con un parquing gratuito cerca.
Lo único que se podía mejorar es que hay cafetera de cápsulas pero no habia cápsulas sería un detalle que hubiera unas pocas. Por lo demas todo genial

We were able to pick up keys from a lockbox and it was easy. The view and the location of the apartment was fantastic. Close to all the restaurants and bars in the area. Love the quint town.
There are some difficulties if you have a car. Parking can get a little tricky if you have a car. The apartment is great but the second room with the bunkbeds is a little small. It is good for kids but I would say a bit uncomfortable for 2 adults. There is a little wear on some of the cabinets but honestly, it had everything it needs and I would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything.

Sin duda alguna, las vistas al puerto de Luarca
Da la impresión de que el mantenimiento es prácticamente nulo (2 ventanas rotas, paredes desconchadas, luces fundidas, armarios del baño en mal estado, diferenciales saltan si pones el tostador...). Una pena en ese aspecto.
El check-in a las 17:00 h, por lo que el primer día se queda muy corto.
