Leytonstone Haven Modern 1Bed Apartment

This is a diamond in the rough. Everything you need and location perfect for the train, shops, restaurants and Stratford stunning Westfield complex within walking distance. Yes the towels are fluffy as per previous reviews . We were in Leyton to spend time with family - this worked well. The outside area was a bonus.

It was a heatwave- window in bedroom locked. Outside doors to back yard and down side of unit unable to be locked! We notified owners but no one showed, as it turns out it didn't matter as we left the door open to survive the heat. Lights not working in the kitchen so extra lamps supplied- taking up valuable room in unit. No outside light in yard. Bedding very poor. Synthetic sheets that did not even fit the bed and too hot to get comfortable on at night. This bed needs some cotton love. TV was very large but buffered most of the time. It was great to have a wsahing machine but seeing the grey water come out a hole in the wall outside and onto the ground around the house didn't seem right. The clothes airer is prob the best one I have ever seen. It literally put itself together. The backyard is completely bare - shame. The two chairs outside were great for bird and squirrel watching but could have been a fabulous area with little effort.

It was clean, comfortable and cool (thankful for the blinds shut in the day during the heatwave). It was well equipped, the shower was good and the towels fluffy. Well located near the tube.

Location and access were great. The property was clean and had everything I needed. Secure and private which is perfect.

The sofa which turns into a bed the corner sticks out which the blanket covers so you knock your leg on it from time to time 😅 but honestly that’s just me trying to give an answer for this box. All was great!
