The space was nice. As a seasoned traveler the space was perfect. It was ideal for a 10 day stay. We both work from home and having spaces for us to work was lovely. The windows are large, the neighborhood was convenient and the accessibility to the rest of the city was really easy with both the Central and Lizzy Line each a 15 minute walk.
I wish the lighting was softer with dimmers. Especially the kitchen.

The property has everything you need, it is nice, clean and close to public transport. We had no problems in the neighbourhood, and we even walked at night through the streets.
Check-in and check-out was easy.

Easy access to the Elizabeth Line. I was visiting London with my family during a TFL strike, and all the other tube lines were out of use. Good value for money, friendly host.
My flight was delayed, so we missed the agreed check-in time, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to contact the host directly. We were not informed that check-in details are only provided when approaching the property, not beforehand, so my family and I ended up waiting outside in the dark on a dodgy street. The ad on Booking doesn't mention that the host is only available between 7 am and 7 pm, so I called her to sort out our check-in after 9 pm and only found out about the time restriction from a text afterwards. The neighbourhood seems okay during the day, but as soon as the sun goes down, many suspicious and loud people wander around the area. Opening the doors was also a big issue - I've been living in the UK for a while now and have never encountered a system like this. I would have given a slightly better score if the photos hadn't been so misleading - the space is definitely not as bright as in the pictures, and there are many cracks on the walls. From the photos, the place appears to be a boutique hotel... Overall, it was good value for money, but I'm not sure it was worth the stress.
