The Coastal Bunker Apartment

The location was okay and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The room we booked for five people was far too small, but the biggest issue was the condition of the room. There was black mold all over the walls, and all of us started coughing after staying there. We reported it to reception, but instead of addressing the problem, we were told, “You chose the room,” as if the presence of black mold was our responsibility. We were told we couldn’t change rooms that night and had to stay there until the following day. When we requested to move, we were also told we had to pay extra because we had chosen the room ourselves. We ended up paying more simply to move to a room that was actually suitable to stay in. Regardless of which room a guest books, a room with visible black mold should never be offered to guests in the first place. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a serious issue.
