Appartement bien équipé, confortable, propre et très bien situé.
L'adresse donnée sur l'annonce est erronée 2 heures pour trouver l'appartement.
La photo du balcon selon l'annonce, ne correspond pas du tout !!!

It was like a home from home, very well stocked with towels, cleaning products, a cool box and full kitchen and washing machine. Very close to tge beach and fantastic view from the balcony.
The instructions for getting to the appartment need amending. It is not in central Durres, so get a taxi from the airport. The road is Golem 39, resort, not the hotel. The wonderful appartment is no 7, 12th floor and you need to use the key fob to activate the lift.
None of these are negatives, the place was fab, the appartment was excellent and the beach was so close.
But on arrival these details would make it easier. X

Die Bilder der Unterkunft und die Beschreibung haben nicht komplett der Realität entsprochen: Statt 2 Schlafzimmer gab es nur 1 Schlafzimmer, es gab keine Badewanne und das Bild vom Balkon hat ebenfalls nicht dem vorgefundenen Blick vom Balkon entsprochen (Blick auf verwaiste und verschmutzte Nachbarbalkone, teilweise Meerblick, 12.Stock innen). Die Parksituation ist eher schwierig und Baulärm gab es auch jeden Tag. Strom und Wasser scheinen ebenfalls regelmässig auszufallen (bei uns war es während eines Gewitters).
