Maga a lakás régi, de szépen fel van újítva. Közel található a belvároshoz, kikötőhöz.
A szomszéd lakás ajtaja 1/2-1 méterre található szemben a bejárati ajtótól. A szomszédban a kisgyermek egyfolytában ordított, délután, este, reggel; az anyja pedig a gyerekkel. A nagyobb testvér is sokat kiabált, minden áthallatszik. Hajnalban a repülőgépek zaja, a sirályok, járművek hangja behallatszik zárt teraszajtónál. Klíma, szekrény a ruháknak, tartó a törölközőknek nincs. Hosszabb tartózkodásra nem igazán alkalmas, pihenni nem igazán tudtunk.
