Modern new 1 Bed Battersea Clapham Near River

We visited in Aug 2026 wiyh our 3-year old daughter. Well equipped and very clean apartment. Yuliya was a great host, very responsive and trying to accomodate all our requests in a timely manner (which we appreciated very much)! We also appreciated that we found several UK to EU plug converters in the apartment (we forgot ours at home). We found a very decent breakfast joint (many options, large portions and good value for money) very close, which was very convenient for us and our child.

The street noise was quite loud in the living room, even with the windows closed (but we had to keep them open, as the weather was extremely hot during our stay). The shower model (fixed on the wall) was not practical for us, when we had to bathe our daughter; a model with hose would be more practical for those with kids (and not only). And the cot model that we were provided with was a bit too small for our toddler, seemed to be for babies only; a larger (standard) model would be better for those with kids! Everything else was ok, and I am sure Yuliya will do everything to correct anything that the guests would suggest and can be fixed!

The flat was very clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout. It had everything needed for an enjoyable stay, and the amenities were practical and thoughtfully provided. The Battersea location was excellent, with convenient access to local shops, restaurants and transport links from Clapham Junction which was a 5 minute walk. Overall, the flat offered very good value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

Price seems to excessive, there is no air conditioning, it’s close to a busy road with a lot of traffic and noise. Washing machine was broken but appreciated the landlord effort to fix it!
