Great location overall and close to where we needed to be. Relatively inexpensive

- Dwello - Not a fan of providing unnecessary personal information like my drivers license in order to place a deposit. Not something I would do again in principle. - Condition - The place was ‘clean’, but everything from the carpets to the cupboards were in a bad way. Numerous stains on the carpet, worn and damaged cupboards with peeling paint, screws sticking out the walls. The place looks like it was decorated with free or second hand ikea furniture in about 30 mins and then put up online. The white carpets in the front room were particularly bad and set an awful first impression when we walked in. My wife said the place made her ‘feel itchy’ due to its general state. - Misdirection/Inaccurate images - The images on the website show an apartment with a balcony over the water. The apartment we were in was out the back overlooking a road and a building site. When i looked there was only the ‘back’ room available, and so I didn’t know there was a ‘River View’ option and expected the apartment to have a view. If you have multiple properties then make it clear which one you’re looking at in the photos and paying for to avoid disappointment and complaints.
