Appartamento nuovo ristrutturato con gusto, molto spazioso, comodità di parcheggio, 10 minuti dal centro a piedi
La zona in cui si trova l’appartamento è tranquilla ma è in una zona in cui ancora ci sono molte case da ristrutturare e quindi un po’ trasandata

La chambre est vraiment spacieuse, confortable et très propre, tout comme la salle de bain, qui est parfaitement fonctionnelle. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement excellent. La situation du logement est également un vrai point fort, elle permet de profiter facilement des environs tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre pratique. Mention spéciale pour le stationnement, il y a énormément de places à proximité et il est très facile de se garer, gratuitement. Un véritable avantage lorsqu’on voyage en voiture ! Enfin, le propriétaire est très professionnel, disponible et surtout particulièrement proactif. Il répond rapidement aux questions et veille réellement à ce que tout se passe au mieux. Une excellente adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !
Pour nous tout étais parfait, rien à signaler.
