Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Appartamento piuttosto spazioso, con dotazioni utili per soggiorni lunghi (es.: cucina, lavatrice)
30 scalini ripidi e stretti per raggiungere l'appartamento al secondo piano: scomodo con bagagli voluminosi o pesanti. Pessima insonorizzazione. Manca il bidet. Tutte le finestre danno su un angusto cortile interno - quindi la dicitura "con vista mare" è sbagliata.

Assolutamente la camera da letto e i pavimenti...ben arredata e soprattutto la presenza della fibra è di un estintore nn fa mai male....BRAVO AL GESTORE DELL APPARTAMENTO
L ingresso nn è molto invitante...e nemmeno la scale di accesso all appartamento...ma dopo quando entri tutto ritorna normale
