Lake side Dilijan

The hotel is new and decorated in a very modern style. The rooms are big and have a sitting area and large balconies. Dilijan is earmarked for bigger development, and the hotel is close to the new construction, but that didn't interfere with the stay. The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. My first room had a terrible smell of drains, and they were very responsive and moved me immediately. Were it not for them, I think my experience would have not have been as good. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful, making coffee for the guests who couldn't work out the coffee machine! I think there are a few teething problems, but these should get resolved soon. It is not a hotel that is traditional or decorated in the Dilijan old style, so if you like your things modern, this is for you.

The experience of the first room which had a very unpleasant smell. The modern decor was not my thing, but others would love it.

Good location and nice breakfast

Shower controls are flimsy and it takes a while for water to warm up

Definitely consider this place for your stay in Dilijan! This family hotel has just opened a few months ago, and it is already well run. It is ideally located in the center of Dilijan, a few minutes walk from Old Dilijan. The rooms are sparkling clean and have a balcony on which you can relax. There are some picnic tables in the garden, which I couldn’t enjoy because the evenings were chill. It must be very pleasant during summer. The breakfast is very generous and delicious, full of Armenian specialties, fresh fruits and vegetables. Every member of the staff is so kind, they all greet you with a smile. A special thanks to Esma, the supervisor, who is very professional and always ready to help. Book fast before this place becomes known!
