We rented directly from the owner before it was listed on air bnb and had a great experience. He was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again the next time we’re in Wells. Highly recommend!

We had such a beautiful time! The place is in such a great location, everything you need is a 5 minute drive at the most. You can smell the ocean air you’re so close to the beach. It is a perfect spot if you have kids. Our littles loved the bunk beds and the grassy area out front that they could play ball and run around on. The condo was spotless and full of everything we needed to make our trip with little ones go smoother and we appreciated quick response times with any questions we might’ve had. We will definitely stay again!
