    the room was covered in bugs and smelled like fresh pee. the building was extremely run down and falling apart. the area was very poor and felt unsafe. i could not even stay and would not even leave my car parked there in fear of someone breaking in or stealing it. the staff was very nice but that’s the only good thing i can say

    Took my fiancés I.D. When asking for it back they pretended they didn’t have it. And kept calling her by the wrong customers name. Paid a $50 deposit, and insisted that we only paid $20, and continued to address us as the wrong customers. Still refuse to return her ID. The comforters on the bed had very large burn holes all over, and stains all across the pillows and bed sheets. There was urine left in the toilet from a previous customers room stay as well as used toilet paper piled in the bathroom corner. Will not be staying here ever again.
