Airplane noise, particularly in the afternoon, is constant. Being close to the station also means train noise, although not as disturbing as planes one. As mentioned, the apartment is nice and well kept but it’s absurd that the owner/agency only leave exactly 4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 knives, and 4 plates. It means using the dishwasher or hand washing after every single meal, even a small breakfast. I have paid over £500 for two nights, they could have left few more cutleries and plates to make the stay more comfortable. Additionally, they provided about a spoon-worth of washing machine liquid, no kitchen towels, no sponge for washing dishes… I mean, I just don’t get why being so stingy on these things that cost very little. Also, the rain shower in the main bathroom is so full of lime that the water sprays all over.
