Playa Perelló

The location was great, especially if you want to live where the locals live, about 20 minutes from Valencia downtown. The apartment was well stocked with everything for the kitchen. The owner was very responsive. There is a great pool in the complex and it's right across the beach. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the apartments. There is one main AC unit in the hallway so to get the bedrooms cooled down during the night. We closed the kitchen and the living room door, so the air would only go to the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable! It was convenient to have a washer in the apartment with a drying area on the back balcony.

Parking was not easy to find if you want street parking but the owner does offer paid parking underground.

La ubicación excelente, con buenas vistas al mar, limpieza impecable y piso muy espacioso. Lo mejor la atención de Shina, nos facilitó mucho la recogida de llaves preocupándose en todo momento que todo fuera lo más fácil posible para nosotros, nos explico todo lo del apartamento con mucha amabilidad. A la hora de marcharnos exactamente lo mismo. Sin duda se necesitan más personas con esa vocación de ayudar a sus clienytes!
