Stella Marina Sperlonga - UN LETTO IDEALE

Management was very helpful (once I figured out how to call them) to email use the information for how to enter the apartment when we arrived (reservation was made with my phone which had no international service so had to be resent to my spouse's email. They said they were here for us if we had any other needs. We loved that the property had TWO bathrooms! The kitchen was very nice, the main bedroom was very nice including the size of the bed very comfortable (pretty much a king size in USA standards). It was wonderful to have a 2nd bedroom area for our child and that the bed (pull-out sofa bed) was already made and ready to go! The bathrooms were also very nice. A huge bonus to have a washer (on the outside patio next to kitchen) but we didn't use it due to time constraints. Very nice to have two outdoor patio spaces to spread out. The location was very convenient to access the town which was very walkable with our child--not overly busy with vehicles or people and there was a pharmacy right underneath the apartment building which I was so thankful for when I had a cold/fever!

The air conditioning unit in the main area/kitchen never worked while we were there--we contacted the management company about it but that was not fixed while we were there and there was minimal communication response from management to try to address it so that was disappointing. I will add that both bedroom areas air conditioning units WERE working (we didn't realize there was a unit in the 2nd bedroom area until the next day). Also, the internet connection did not work the entire time we were there (1 night) so that was a big inconvenience--it meant I was unable to use my phone (I did not get an international plan--my spouse did) and that we could not use the TV at all--when we tried to navigate to the local TV (Italian channels) the TVs were stuck on a screen so the only thing to do was turn the TVs off. The management did not address this either while we were there. If both of those issues were not issues then I would rate the property 9 out of 10!

Pulita, grande e comoda.

Appartamento finemente ristrutturato. Tutto nuovo e confortevole. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro con ristoranti, bar, piazzetta con attrazioni. Vicino ai lidi. Consigliatissimo.
