ATTICO Vista Mare - UN LETTO IDEALE

This place was absolutely amazing! The terrace exceeded all our expectations — we had every breakfast and dinner there. The sun loungers were very comfortable, and the views were stunning! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, and an incredibly comfortable mattress (although some people might find it a little firm), and a dedicated parking space, which was a big plus.. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have been happier with this place!

The only thing we didn’t love was having to walk up to the top floor without an elevator, but of course that’s just part of the building and there’s not much that can be done about it. The apartment is absolutely worth it, though!

Great location. Sea view and close to the old town and beach. Nice large balcony.

The host wasn’t quick responding especially when we needed to get to the apartment from the train station. We should have been made aware to prebook a taxi as Fondi-Sperlonga station is very limited for taxi. The retractable terrace roof (a major feature as shown in the photos) was not working so remained closed during the entire stay. The kitchen cupboards were poorly fitted and the dishwasher was loose.

Terrazzo spettacolare, grandissimo e panoramico con veduta lungo mare e centro storico. Parcheggio comodissimo(magari da tenere un pò più pulito). Parcheggiata l'auto si può girare a piedi sia per il centro che per le spiagge lato nord e sud.

Nonostante il prezzo abbastanza elevato. la colazione non era inclusa, magari una convenzione con qualche bar sotto la palazzina poteva essere un plus. Il problema principale è stata l'aria condizionata che posizionata a 16° non rendeva, quindi abbiamo sofferto il caldo. Quando si saliva al 4° piano si sentiva il calore che si blocca fuori e dentro la stanza. Consigliato di mettere zanzariera. Ho prenotato e pagato per 4, mio figlio non è venuto ed il check in automatico mi ha fatto caricare per forza 4 persone e non avendo visto il gestore(anzi tutto ricade sugli ospiti come gestione, ho chiamato il numero indicato sulla prenotazione e mi hanno dato altro numero da chiamare). Alla fine e siccome non mi andava di discutere ho lasciato cmq tassa di soggiorno per 4! sempre richiesta via mail!!!!

L’appartamento è in ottima posizione, affacciato direttamente sul lungomare a circa 300 metri dal centro. L’ampia terrazza è ben attrezzata ed ha una bellissima vista sul mare e sulla sx si vede sullo sfondo il borgo storico. È ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario: stoviglie, piatti, posate, frigorifero e lavatrice sono tutti praticamente nuovi. Il bagno è piccolo ma ben tenuto. L’aria condizionata è molto efficace. E in aggiunta c’è un comodissimo posto auto coperto.

L’unico “difetto” sono i 4 piani di scale senza ascensore.
