Ruby on Jade Modern Ranch with Amazing Patio

This property was beautiful and thoughtfully filled with items to accommodate our stay.

This is Texas and the mosquitoes were ridiculous. With so much consideration put into the property, I believe having the yard treated during the summer months would be a huge bonus. Also, the upstairs accommodations although lovely, were not bearable for a relative with small children. I certainly appreciated the extra space and bedding; however, a portable AC unit may be more effective than just fans to circulate air upstairs.
