Spacious and comfortable home perfect for group getaways, featuring 7 bedrooms and accommodations for up to 16 overnight guests. Enjoy a private hot tub, ideal for relaxing after a long day, along with plenty of room for everyone to unwind and spend time together. Designed for comfort and convenience, this home is a great choice for families, friends, or team stays.

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive a message with all the instructions. If you still have questions, we’re available for you!
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet residential area of Port Arthur, this home offers a peaceful neighborhood feel with easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, and main roads around the city. The area is known for its spacious lots, mature oak trees, and relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind while still staying conveniently connected to nearby attractions and essentials.
Other Things to Note:
• Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.
• No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.
• Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.
• Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
• No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub is serviced twice a week. Since the hot tub is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance.
• Landscaping: Is done once a week.
• Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
• House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
• Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
