The place is clean and is located above a grocery store, about 15 minutes uphill walk from the main pier. I enjoyed my stay here but the best thing about it was the caretaker, Felicia. Although she doesn't speak English and I speak limited Spanish, she's an absolute angel who will go out of her way to help you and make sure you have the best stay on the island.
The rooms are on the third floor so if you have heavy luggage, this might be an inconvenience.

Muy limpia, acogedora, a tan solo 15 minutos caminando desde el centro. Una zona muy tranquila lejos del ruido .

El lugar muy cómodo y cuenta con una cocina equipada, tiene aire acondicionado en caso de tener calor. La dueña es muy agradable. En la planta baja del edificio hay una tienda para comprar ingredientes y poder cocinar. Está a unos 7 minutos caminando para el malecón. Muy bueno en relación calidad/precio. Recomendado!

Super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent. Felicia is a wonderful and attentive host. There’s a mini market on the bottom floor. Hot shower too! Best place I stayed during my 10 days in the Galapagos :)
The kitchen is really hot, so prepare to sweat if you’re cooking. It’s a little farther from the main town area, but not too bad — 10min walk
