The staff were very helpful here and we were able to have laundry done overnight which was very helpful.
The rooms were basic, clean and fine. There was always hot water for showers.
It is a bit far out of town, about a 25 minutes walk. We got taxis a couple of times but they are harder to get here than on the other islands.
Thet originally gave us a room that didn't lock, when I wasn't happy with this they cleaned and got ready another room.
We weren't able to get the lock to work and were told not to worry it's very peaceful but we had everything we needed for our extended trip in that room so we had to take everything important with us every day.
After traveling for another couple of weeks we think the room might have locked and we just couldn't work it, but we weren't shown how to at the time, just reassured nothing would be stolen.

Otima acomodaçao em Puerto Ayora.
Check in/Out flexivel. Staff super amavel.

Nelly was exceptionally kind and helpful.
The accommodation didn't match the advertised property. It has certainly lost its shine, as another review has stated. It wasn't clean and the shower didn't drain properly. There was no clarity about use of the kitchen facilities. A washing machine was advertised but, as we had no information booklet, we did not know what we were entitled to use.
