In ruhiger Lage liegt die saubere und angenehm große Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe läuft mittles Code einfach. Altstadt und Uferpromenade sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Auch abends wirkt die Umgebung sicher. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch und die Betten sind schmal, aber bequem.
Eine Beschreibung zur Bedienung des Induktionsherdes und Fernsehers fehlt. In der Küche wäre eine Basisausstattung mit Salz, Pfeffer u. a. angenehm. Da das Bad kein Fenster hat, wäre ein stärkerer Feuchtigkeitsabzug optimierend.
