Unbeatable Location in NW District w Parking

The apartment was super cute and cozy with modern touches. Cynthia and Shari had great communication and responded quickly. Great value and location. Walking distance to downtown and Providence Park (soccer stadium). Felt safe walking through the neighborhood. We rented a car it was so nice we were able to park on the driveway. Parking can be stressful and cost can add up. I would stay here again. Don’t hesitate on booking this apartment! I almost didn’t book when I saw 0 reviews. This is much better than staying at a hotel. Lots of room to spread out.

This is a basement apartment. We knew there would be noise transfer from upstairs and even expected it. Shari and Cynthia were upfront within the booking about this. Noise transfer at normal times throughout the day is okay. But if you’re a light sleeper like me you may be woken up not from the owners family but the other guest that rented the room that’s right above the apartment. The other guest were not mindful of others they arrived home at 12:15am and were very loud talking and walking around till 1am then again loud at 2am and lasted till 3am. I will say I was not woken up in the morning. I naturally woke up at 9am. I want to note I would still recommend this apartment!!! Just be aware this may happen.
