We didn’t eat at the historic home, but wish we would have. The dinner smelled amazing when we arrived and the bartender was so warm and welcoming. Loved that! Next time we plan on eating some delicious meals on site. Such a beautiful and comfortable stay! We hope to return in the future.
Everything was great except that we could have used a standing fan for circulation at night. Since there wasn’t an overhead fan. Hot sleepers.

The Kleeman House gives you the opportunity to step back in time to experience the era of the founding of Custer with all the modern conveniences of a modern hotel.
Actually it was better than I expected. Nothing old or dilapidated about this place. Everything is new and carefully restored to give the feeling of an old hotel.

This historic property is immaculately presented and tastefully remodeled with grace and restraint. First class touches are everywhere from the garden and back deck to the host bar inside. Every corner is perfect and spotless. Even the drains under the pedestal sinks are beyond stylish. It was joyous.
It is a master class in Historic Elegance and Style.
My only disappointment is we did not plan a longer stay at this fabulous place.
