This beautiful custom built home with gorgeous views is only minutes from Custer State Park and Sylvan Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the deer make their daily walk through the yard. This home has views of the mountains, and is close to everything Custer has to offer. With a large kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and plenty of entertainment space, this home will be perfect for your next Black Hills getaway.
When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a rose quartz fireplace, a vaulted great room, cedar log stairs and elk antler accents; all which come from right here in the Black Hills! The great room has acacia asian walnut floors, and the kitchen has custom hickory cabinets and granite countertops, along with a new 70 inch smart tv with free WiFi. The main floor has a king suite with a walk-in tile shower and jetted spa tub; and an additional bedroom with a queen located next to the half bath in the hall. The loft also provides a king suite, with a balcony and walk-in tile shower.
The basement will treat you to one of the largest live edge log countertops in the Hills. There is a bedroom in the basement that has a king bed and a family area with a queen pull-out couch. The basement also has a bathroom with a tub/shower.
Outdoor features include a 1200 sq ft. deck, a gas grill and a gas fireplace for entertainment; plus beautiful mountain views. Enjoy the beauty of the Black Hills with views of Calamity Peak, the Needles and Black Elk Peak all from the backyard. This home also provides everything you’ll need to be comfortable, including: cooking utensils, pots and pans, eating utensils, plates and cups, coffee and condiments, extra bedding, towels, and board games for the kids.

The perfect location for bringing side by sides for trail riding! Bedrooms and living space perfect our 4 couples that came on trip. The only thing I would mention is the hot tub is a whirlpool tub in the main bedroom and not outside as assumed. Otherwise, awesome place to stay with plenty of parking and away from the busy street of downtown Custer.

It is a fabulous place to stay near a lot of stuff. We didn’t have time to utilize everything the house had to offer since we stayed gone a lot except to shower and sleep.

Nice property close to Custer. Near a construction company so a bit of noise in the morning but overall a very nice home with great views. Would definitely stay again.
