Stylish Apartment in Clifden Town Centre Sleeps 3

The apartment featured a full kitchen with enough plates, glasses & utensils for at least 4 people, along with a good amount of pots & pans for cooking. The apartment was spacious up to 3 people. Great location in the center of town.

The queen bed is very thin and uncomfortable. The couch converts to a flat surface but isn’t very stable for overnight sleeping nor is it comfortable. We were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 of us for a 4 night stay. When we messaged for more toilet paper they replied via messenger 3.5 hours later that there should be a 3rd in the cabinet. When we responded saying there wasn’t, they replied saying they only supply a “starter amount” of 2 rolls. So many things are wrong with this…they should consider the number of guests and the length of stay and then stick for that math plus extra; if they receive a request for more toilet paper, it should be an easy response with no problem, we’ll deliver as soon as possible; they shouldn’t suggest they left 3 rolls then backtrack and say you only get a “starter supply of 2”; the response time if 3.5 hrs in the middle of the day for a current guest for any inquire is far too long. The apartment was more than €290 a night, meaning the hospitality service level at a minimum should provide more than enough toilet paper and more at anytime upon request. The living room chair must have been missing screws because it was unstable as though half assembled so it was not usable. The hot water tank did not provide hot water when following the instructions to “boost” the time-driven heating tank.
