Responsive host, quiet location

It was not clean when I arrived and it seemed they had forgotten I was coming cause i ended up talking to three different people for them to open the door. They came to clean later, after I informed them the place was not ready. The sofa-bed is hard and uncomfortable, would be better to replace with a normal bed. The window opens inwards (must be the only one in all of norway). This means if you open the window for air, the blind doesnt cover anymore and a lot of light comes in. The kitchen has very very limited equipment, just a pan and a pot without lid. There were no spoons, just forks and knives. Not a single trash can in the whole place (kitchen nor bathroom). The window in the bathroom has a magazine glued to it for privacy i guess. There are cheap solutions for that purpose that look better. The toilet seat seems like melted and is sticky to sit on it. The shower is broken and comes as one single flow. Also the shower doors are not tight and water flows towards the middle of the bathroom. There was not a shelf anywhere in the bathroom to put toiletries. Also not a single hook anywhere to hang towels or jackets, i had to hang wet things on the open doors of the wardrobe and bathroom. Just some small improvements like a new shower head, a window blurry film, a shelf and some hooks in the bathroom, a new toilet seat, some hooks in the main area of the apartment and replacing the sofa for a bed, then it would be fair for the price paid. The place is really very small, but is practical and has potential for shorter stays.
