This was our first time experiencing an accommodation that wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay, and we were there for a full week. The towels had yellow stains, and when I asked for replacements, I was promised new ones — they never arrived. However, we really appreciated that the host provided a sandwich maker upon request.
On the plus side, the apartment is new and the rooms are bright and light-filled. The apartment is quite decent for a short 2-day stay, but not much longer than that. For 2 adults and 2 kids, it felt very small.
Apartment wasn’t cleaned at all during our full week stay but perhaps it is a common practice for that area.
Towels had yellow stains; requested replacements never arrived despite being promised

Too small for 2 adults and 2 kids beyond a short stay (2 days max).
