Apartmán sa nachádza na prvom poschodí obytnej budovy z ktorej časť patrí stálym užívateľom a časť nájomcom. Apartmán je blízkosti centra mesta aj v blízkosti mora. Z vybavenia nám nič nechýbalo. Ak je nejaký problém, tak majitelia sú ústretoví. Fungujú cez telefonický kontakt. Mali sme vlastný kapsulový kávovar. Ale ubytovanie ponúka tiež kávovar ale s inými kapsulami.Okná sú dobre zvukotesné, takže prejde len malá časť hluku. Apartmán poskytuje posedenie na loggii. Vstup do mora je vhodný aj pre malé deti. Plavci si urobia cca 100 metrovú prechádzku morom.
Ubytovateľ to nevie ovplyvniť, ale apartmán sa nachádza na frekventovanej ulici. Parkovanie je na verejnom parkovisku, ktoré neposkytuje žiadnu ochranu pred slnkom. Takže je na nájomcovi, aby si našiel nejaké parkovacie miesto, ktoré má akú-takú ochranu pred slnkom. Pričom pri ubytovaní je parkovací priestor s obmedzeným režimom, ktorý využívajú len stáli obyvatelia.
