The location and the apartment.

What I liked about the property was that at first glance you could tell it was well maintained. Also there was easy access to public transportation, it is a short ride from the property by uber to Newark penn station where you can connect to penn station in manhattan and go to JFK airport via Long Island rail road to Jamaica Queens. There were several stores and small supermarkets within walking distance. U can order Uber Eats and groceries online and it arrives in few minutes. Overall not a bad place to stay it has washer and dryer installed. Air conditioned work really well and the property was safe to stay in.
one of the neighborhood area looked a bit rough but police cars patrol the area. One of the cabinets in the kitchen area was broken when we arrive. The bathroom handle was shaky and not screwed on properly. The front entrance had a math but a whole was under the math. The day before we left part of the clip that hold the shower head spontaneously fell off and we woke up and found it.. Also when u cook be careful as any slight smoke triggers the smoke alarm
