Excellent property. One of the best deals I have ever seen. The pictures are legit
1) probably because these are brand new units, there aren’t really any pots/ frying pans. Few cups, and no teapot.
2) while the street the property is located at is one of the most clean and beautiful in the entire city, cars get broken into because Newark itself has a lot of property crime. Has nothing to do with the property, just the nature of the city. Leave nothing valuable in your car
