Miami Oceanfront 2BR Condo on the Beach, Pool & Gym

I liked the condo. The unit was spacious, well distributed and the natural light coming from the balcony sliding doors creates a welcoming feeling. The rooms are big with functional furniture, clean bedding and comfortable mattresses. It was really nice to have the kitchen with some utensils, cookware and dinnerware for guests to use. A plus for the utility closet near the entrance storing beach chairs, canopy and surfboard for the use of guests. The swimming pool was great with lounge chairs around it and a bathroom a few feet away. There is an alleyway to get to the beach shore and a shower to wash off the sand. Overall I enjoyed the stay, it was peaceful and relaxing.

The light cream color carpet was dirty with spots in multiple areas and dusty near the walls. All air vents and the AC door were covered in black dust. One of the bathrooms had the stone counter top cracked and some holes in the wall, apparently due to humidity. Both of the bathrooms had mildew on ceiling and black mold in the shower doors and toilet. The kitchen cabinets vinyl cover is peeling off. One of the balcony glass panels is broken and represents a safety hazard. The building is under renovation and some construction work is being done on the exterior.

The property is located in the heart of Ocean Blvd. There is plenty of entertainment nearby all within walking distance. The nearby restaurants are top tier and exceptional on every level. For those that enjoy smoke/vape shops - there are plenty within walking distance. We walked often due to the proximity to the ocean, great weather, sites to see and no traffic! :-)

The building is undergoing renovations which limited entry points into the property and it was not comely on the eyes. There is a cafe on site with a limited menu and coffee options, but I was looking for a robust food selection.
