It's a new building. Very clean, everything new in the whole apartment. Well-equipped in everything you may need (plates, cutlery, pots, towels, bed lining, even toothbrushes and laundry detergent). Outstanding host, responding immediately and providing all the necessary help (and more). Nice, quiet location (we slept really well), you can see Mt Moiwa right outside (and it's very close to the ropeway). Still, access to the city centre is very easy and lots of options for grocery shopping nearby. Or eating out, if you prefer. Even though it was July/August, it wasn't hot in the apartment (we had to use AC only for a few days during a heatwave).

There is nothing we didn't like in particular. Our stay was great. It does not concern this particular location (because the price was one of the lowest we saw), but booking prices in Sapporo are (in general) higher than in other parts of Japan.
