The location was amazing, and everything was clean!
Mattress was not confortable at all, it could feel the structure bars below it. The price was good (66€) +taxes that are normally just the city council tax and was not specified otherwise, we found out the taxes in this case are a 39 euro cleaning fee that is charged before entering the apartment which feels quite a lot considering the stay was 2 days and we obviously did not left that much of a mess. The cleaning fee seems more a surplus for the owner than any cleaning fee at all.
