La vue, la facilité d accès.
Le confort du lit La poussière sur l.etagere De la salle de bain 1 ou 2 sachet de thé et 1 ou 2 dosettes de café pour la.machine. Prévenir le voisinage que la musique tard et fort le soir c est pas le truc de tout le monde

Matrassen waren relatief nieuw (bed wel slechts 140 cm breed en warm hoeslaken midden in de zomer), ramen waren met rolluiken goed te verduisteren, communicatie met eigenaar redelijk vlot (in het Frans)
Koudwaterkraan was kapot, servies/bestek incompleet en allegaartje, douchestang was kapot en er kwam meer water onderuit de douchekop dan uit douchekop zelf, tv haperde, meubels gedateerd en oncomfortabel, vloer schots en scheef, veel stof….
