The property is a great luxury apartment property in the middle of the Tulum jungle. My family and I felt so comfortable and safe, despite being in the jungle and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of our security guards, Oscar, was really kind and provided amazing suggestions for places to visit. Our apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The pools are also excellent and the staff always made sure they were clean. Great location close to a main road, and just a few minutes from Tulum Centro and the beach.
We had some ants in the kitchen area, and some mosquitos outside in the evening after rain, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
