Mistiq Temple I

We had a large and comfortable apartments. The hotel is good for the price. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. The area is quiet, which is great if you’re looking for a calm and peaceful stay. There’s also a shuttle that takes guests to the beach.

The hotel is quite far from the beach (although the shuttle helps), and the roads in the area are not great. The staff don’t really speak English, and there’s no internet at the reception. It was also very difficult to reach the administrator by message or phone. In our room we were missing soap and a few towels, and they were never replaced during our stay, so we had to buy our own. Before check-out, the hotel asks guests to clean the room and take out the trash, otherwise the $100 deposit may not be returned. In the end, we did get our deposit back.

El complejo nos encantó. El departamento muy amplio, limpio, con una vista increíble. Alquilamos la que tiene piscina privada y vale 100 la pena. Nuestra estadía en mistiq fue muy agradable. Sin dudas volvería a elegir este lugar! 🩷

Estaría bueno que el gimnasio tenga ventilación, tiene mucho olor a humedad.

Chambre très confortable et spacieuse, avec tentures occultantes. Très grand lit, extrêmement confortable. Le logement est très bien équipé : climatisation, Wi-Fi, grande télévision, coin cuisine avec tout le nécessaire (frigo, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, ustensiles, etc.). Produits pour la douche (gel douche, shampooing, après shampooing). Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Locaux propres et bien entretenus. Personnel accueillant et très aimable à l’entrée. Parking gratuit, ce qui est un vrai plus. L’endroit est très calme et reposant, entouré de verdure. Les nombreuses piscines sont agréables et jamais trop fréquentées. Il y a même 2 navettes / jour pour aller à la mer et 1 pour retourner. Très belles infrastructures : les photos correspondent à la réalité.

Points à améliorer : ajouter une deuxième chaise sur la terrasse, prévoir des cintres dans l’armoire et installer un adaptateur de prise dans la salle de bain. Le sèche-cheveux est équipé d’une prise européenne et non mexicaine, ce qui empêche son utilisation en l’état. Le chemin d’accès sur quelques centaines de mètres est effectivement en pierre mais c’est faisable. Il faut un véhicule pour loger ici c’est préférable (voiture ou scooter).
