Suite de Lujo en el Sector La Carolina

The parking garage was safe, well lit and had cameras everywhere. The doorman was very helpful when arriving and directed us to the correct floor in the garage, etc. The apartment was spacious and had a bigger kitchen than many other apartments we have stayed in in this area. It was spacious and we had plenty of space to sit, use our laptops and hang out. We always stay in this area of Quito as it is safe, close to lots of restaurants, walking distance to everything and it is easy and safe to take the train into town. This is absolutely one of the more spacious apartments we have seen in this price range.

Some of the wardrobe space was locked with a big chain and pad lock. In theory there was a lot of storage space, but as we couldn't use half of it we had to leave lots of stuff just laying around. There was no space to hang dry laundry. Not all garments can be put in a dryer. Most other apartments in this area where we have stayed have some sort of clothes rack where small stuff can hang to dry, but not this apartment.

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was easy to access local attractions and amenities

There was no coffee, sugar, or other basic supplies provided, which made it difficult to prepare a hot drink. It would be helpful if these items were available for guests.
