Comfortable apartment located in a privileged area of the city that both foreigners and locals like. Within walking distance of places of interest such as shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, park, etc. Very comfortable apartment with a lot of lighting and modern decoration that make it very pleasant for the guest.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a new building and has a communal area on the 12th floor with a wonderful view of the city while enjoying the jacuzzi. It has a queen size bed and a sofa bed which allows accommodation for up to 4 people. also has washer / dryer, oven, microwave and other kitchen accessories as well as wifi, cable tv and netflix.
The apartment has a full bathroom next to the bedroom and a half bathroom in the living room area. It has one parking space for one car and the building has 24-hour surveillance staff..

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the property. It was very nice and perfectly located, with a vast selection of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, and all the appliances worked well.

The place was really as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.
The host also helped us arrange car service from and to UIO, they were on time and easy to meet.
Check in and out is secure and easy as it's with a guard who is at the front desk at all hours.
