High-Rise 2-Bed Stay at Queensbridge

- The location was good if you want to stay near the Southbank/ casino area, a bit away from the CBD but still close enough (keep in mind this does make uber times longer if you want to go somewhere outside of the CBD area) - It was on the 33rd level and had amazing views overlooking the city - It was clean and aesthetically decorated - The pillows and mattresses were really comfortable (coming from someone with back issues) - Did not have any issues with heaters or getting hot water

- The key collection place was 300m away from the property. We had big suitcases and it was heavily raining that night so dragging multiple suitcases in heavy rain was painful. - Immediately after arrival, when we got in the lift to go to our level, it took us to the highest level of the building then broke down for 15 mins. All the lights, aircons, camera got turned off and we had no signals on phone so we had to call lift emergency and a mechanic was sent to get us out. I understand that this not the property’s fault and more so the building’s but this was a very traumatic experience - The toiletries were not enough for 4 people for 3 nights and we had to buy our own - We didn’t get to access the pool because the key that was given to us was not working when we scanned - They are very strict on the checkout time and do not provide even additional 30-45 mins without charging a $100 fees - This might be for girls only but they don’t have a full body mirror for fit checks and bathrooms only have yellow lighting to get ready
