The friendly staffs, Cheryl the Manager was very helpful and caring; Nana, the receptionist was very helpful with some infos to catch the bus etc., and she was extremely polite.
Appartment was very nice with amazing citiy's views and walking distance to Crown.
Access to the pool, sauna and steam rooms were great plus

We didn't like the pillows as they were way too high for our liking.
The glasses and the cutlery needed to be washed before use and we were a bit disappointed as there was no microwave to heat up our take away food and drinks etc.
