A friend of mine stayed over 2 nights -- unexpectedly. I was asked to pay an additional occupant fee.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable. I loved the kitchenette. And there was a washing machine and dryer too. Worked perfectly for me as I had travelled 10 days in SA and was looking for a laundromat.

Basic things such as hand soap, hair dryer, hygiene kit were missing in the bathroom. Although they arranged for the hair dryer on request. Since they started just 2 months back, I am hoping they will look into these small problems.
