Smaller boutique style hotel. Comfortable room, nice tropical style garden. Staff friendly and helpful.

Located 3-4 kms from Falls necessitating use of taxis (at USD8 per trip). Reception staff spend a lot of time upselling excursions. Cost when booked though Hotel is about 50 percent higher than same excursion booked with TripAdvisor.

We stayed at Samanzi as were upgraded. Food was excellent. Breakfasts plentiful and cooked to order. Staff (especially Emmanuel and George) were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Chalets were beautifully decorated.

Nothing. Pool outside rooms was not heated and as were there in July were cold!
