Asukoht ja palju ruumi.

Majutus ei vastanud ootustele. Kuigi televiisorit ei olnud mugavuste nimekirjas eraldi välja toodud, oli see piltidel olemas, mistõttu jäi mulje, et televiisor kuulub majutuse juurde. Köögis puudus mikrolaineahi. Vannituba oli kahjuks räpane ning äravoolust tuli ebameeldivat lõhna. Dušikardina puudumise tõttu sai vannitoa põrand pesemise ajal pidevalt märjaks, kuid puudus ka vahend, millega vett ära kuivatada või koristada. Vanni ei olnud võimalik kasutada, sest vannikork oli katki.
